Hi Bill,

It occurs to me that we have more than the beginning of a co-authored article here. It's not that common for two writers to publish two opposing views in the same piece in the print media, but the web offers a place to try out new things. We could knit this exchange together in some interesting ways, and see what comes of it.

Word attachments are fine. For my own writing, I try to use whatever format feels comfortable at the time. I don't know how much that helps me get started, but that's the theory!
